Crockett Middle School needs your help. From April 14th to April 28th buy as many quarts of Swal Family Creamery's homemade ice cream through the order form below to raise funds for Crockett Middle School. It's as simple as this:

1. Fill out the order form below 

2. Pay online

3. Be available to pick up your ice cream from the school on Friday, May 2nd.

If you are not available to pick your ice cream up from the school we will NOT be able to fulfil your order.
